We got a little bit of tech stuff to go over today.

Yeah.

I noticed somebody didn't put any notes in, um, but we're going to get into

the main feature of the show is going to be later on.

We're going to talk about 50 years of Microsoft.

Um, but first, I watched this video, the verge linked to it.

And the premise of the video is I won't connect my dishwasher to your stupid cloud.

And I got to be honest with you, is someone who bought a new dishwasher just a few years ago.

After buying many, many dishwashers, by the way.

And I bought a Bosch at the time, and that's what his is.

I don't blame the guy. I don't want to connect a dishwasher to my Wi-Fi network. I have zero need to be able to log in remotely

to check the status of my dishwasher or to start a cycle. When I fill it up, I hit start and I walk away.

That's what a dishwasher does.

That's right.

The problem with the dishwasher is, is unless it's robotically loads your dishes,

you need to be physically present to use it.

So having remote access to it is just kind of pointless.
