With the cream of the crop, the best wide receiver who is currently looking like he's going to hit

free agency. And this is T. Higgins, T. Higgins, who is only 26 years old. As we go through

this class, you'll see that a lot of these guys, these wide receivers are older players. And and T. Higgins, though, is not that. He's well in the prime of his career at 26 years old.

He's coming off of a year where he made just under $22 million with the Bengals, and there's a

pretty decent chance right now. He's not going to resign with that.

Now, Higgins is a player who has always been talented. Right away from when he came into the

league, he goes for 900 yards. He backs it up with back-to-back thousand yards seasons. And then these past couple of years, as you can see, he's only played in 12 games and 12 games. So he's missed some time with injuries. That is probably the biggest thing that's

going against Higgins right now. If we pull this up on draft sharks is just injury profile.

This past year, he ended in January. He had a little bit of an ankle injury. The big concerns,

though, were earlier on in the year where he had a hamstring that missed some time, a quad strain that missed some time. You date back to 2023, another hamstring injury. A hamstring injury in 2022, the soft tissue issues,

soft tissue injuries are a concern. But anytime he's come back, he's been fantastic,

including this past year when he was on the field, arguably the best play of his career.

Specifically in 2024, he was highly efficient. He was still a top 30 wide receiver in yards per out run,

despite being injured, this number would probably be closer to the top 15 in the NFL if he

wasn't banged up and leaving a couple of games early. And at the end of the day, Higgins basically

wins everywhere. He wins downfield over the middle of the field, in the slot and out wide.

He is a do-it-all wide receiver with a unique build of 6'4, 220 pounds, a great red zone weapon. Now, I do think that

there is still a chance at the Bengals re-sign him. Of course, with Jamar Chase's contract and

Joe Burroughs contract, it's going to be hard to find the money to pay Higgins if he indeed

wants to be paid like a number one receiver. We're talking 27 to 30 plus million dollars a year,

but the reason they would re-sign him is these other guys on the team, Jermaine Burton when it comes to just the issues that he had off the field, not showing up
