NFL Free Agency is upcoming and everybody's talking about the top free agents for 2025.

0:04.6

But what if I told you some of the most impactful signings are the ones that nobody is talking about?

0:08.6

I've spent years breaking down NFL rosters and today I'll be breaking down the five most overlooked free agents who can change NFL rosters in 2025.

0:15.8

And we'll start with the former Steelers quarterback. He's now a free agent, could definitely return to the team, but this is Justin Fields, who as of this recording, is still 25 years old, and he will be entering his age 26

0:24.4

season in 2025. Now, in my opinion, he's coming off of an improved season, a somewhat impressive

0:29.4

season, especially compared to his previous year's results. And that's because in his first season

0:33.5

with the Steelers and their Arthur Smith offense, He started six games. He had a career high

0:37.5

66% completion percentage. He started off the year with Pittsburgh before Russell Wilson got healthy,

0:42.4

and he was four and two as a starter with only one interception. And he's still a young quarterback,

0:46.8

a dual threat quarterback, who's coming off of an improved season, a former first round quarterback,

0:50.7

somebody in the marketplace is going to benefit from him or at least be encouraged by those types of traits. And the Steelers' offense was kind of built well for him in terms of a

0:57.8

running offense, an Arthur Smith offense. He ranked top 10 in quarterback rushing yards per game with

1:01.8

29 per game, and this was only over those six starts to start the season. Imagine if he had

1:06.0

more run with a team, maybe the Steelers this year or another team that we'll get into in a moment. Now, we finally got to see Fields in an offense that was more built around him last year

1:13.4

compared to his time with the Chicago Bears.

1:15.4

Last year, he had a much improved offensive line in an offensive coordinator and Arthur

1:19.2

Smith, who was kind of well suited for field skill set.

1:21.6

But there was still a concern for Fields outside of Russell Wilson lurking during the

1:25.1

beginning parts of the season, there wasn't a lot of playmakers on this team outside of George Pickens. So because of this, there's still this

1:30.9

untapped potential with Justin Fields if he lands in the right spot with more playmakers. In terms

1:35.1

of the positives for Fields, he's still a young player. He has mobile upside and he's coming off of a

1:39.1

nice season. And when you think about guys like Sam Donald, Baker Mayfield, if you just put this guy in the right spot, he might be able to excel even more. When we look at landing spots for Fields, I want to look
