and it's about conflict at work. And one of the concepts about trust and rebuilding trust

is it's three Cs. First of all, it's situation specific. You don't just trust people or don't.

I mean, you can trust me to take you to the airport, but you shouldn't trust me to fix your car

because I can't do that, right? So three seeds. One is competence.

You have the ability to do stuff.

Secondly, is consistency.

You show up.

Does your quality of the work the same?

Or does it vary a lot?

Do you get your work done on time, all that?

And the third is character.

And that has to do with taking in consideration the other person's needs and

desires that you're not just totally self-focused right and it takes all three it's sort of like a

three-legged stool if you only have two it falls apart but you're right i mean people need to know

that you're thinking about them as well as the company it's not instead of but it's as well as the

company and your own needs
