And so for those in our audience, they might not know anything about you and your background.

We're going to be talking a lot about the Dead Sea Scrolls today, the Copper Scroll, other

things, the journey that you've had in the land of Israel, which hasn't always been pleasant.

But nevertheless, we are living in super exciting times.

I think as we think about just a little bit of background for people,

the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in the late 40s, early 50s,

held up for a long time.

I remember being in school and waiting for the information to be released by scholars who kept it hidden.

And then it was until the mid-90s when Herschel Shanks decided to print some things from BAR,

the magazine, and unloaded everything. And so since then, they've been a little bit more open

for things that have been discovered. So we're going to be talking about, again, the Copper Scroll and what it means and what it is.

But again, introduce yourself to the audience who might not know anything about you.

Give us a five-minute intro to you and what you've been doing.

I'm from a lot in Oklahoma,oma just down street here and uh i got

i love bible study still to this day i love bible study and that's what got me into this i started

studying and i and i found the dead sea scrolls i cannot tell you why but i immediately loved them and and honestly i can't tell you why, but I immediately loved them.
