All right, here we are gay on a topic that I know is one of our favorites because we love to express ourselves creatively, create things, make things.

And one of the best ways of doing that is with collaborative experiences. And we're going to talk about collaborating, getting the most out of working together, but also I'm going to introduce

something that I call the reverse mastermind. It's a really, really powerful way to get

decades of wisdom from really, really smart people by accessing improv.

And so I thought we'd kick it off and I really want to get your perspective on what your

definition of a collaborative experience is and how you've used them to create creative

goals. Yes, well, it's a big topic, and it's really worth paying some attention to because

when collaboration goes well, I mean, really miracle thing can happen. And I've been part of that.

But on the other side of that, when collaboration doesn't go well, boy, it can be just a gigantic weight around your neck.

And I've had them both ways.

And so I've got some ideas about how to optimize.
