We build the Scotland Outdoors podcasts from the live program we do for BBC Radio Scotland,

which is called Out of Doors. And this week I've been experiencing two extremes, getting really hot in a beach sauna

and then cooling down radically by swimming in the sea.

and there was enough light not to trip over stuff.
