if you break down kind of the fundamental tenets of what makes bitcoin bitcoin

ultimately what we're advocating for is a tech agnostic policy approach don't discriminate

against one technology or the other let the market decide essentially and again if you and i

are kind of views or theses on bitcoin are correct that we think Bitcoin over time will win out against

a lot of these other assets and that Bitcoin's unique properties make it uniquely situated

to be something like a global reserve asset or be something like a protocol that we build

payment layers on like Lightning or any of these applications that you can claim for Bitcoin,

we just want to make sure that if and when those things do come true, many of them are

already happening in real time, that the U.S. is in a position to embrace that and benefit from it,

rather than pushing it away and some other country, you know, like China or Russia or any of these other countries, you know,

could benefit from it because Bitcoin's not going away.

Right.

We know that.

Yeah.
