On April 13th Sunday, Kathy and I are going to be doing a workshop at New York Insight from 10 to 4 hungry ghosts and angry demons.

It's going to be focused on addiction from a Buddhist perspective and also from therapeutic insights

into it, talking about all these different approaches to not just alcohol and drugs, but all

the addictive craving routines of the dopamine circuits and how to address them and how to approach addiction

in general. So it's in person, but you can also do it if you're not in New York. If you're around,

please join us. We have a Memorial Day retreat at a Mega Institute, which is really beautiful location

in the Rolling Hills of upstate New York by Rhinebeck.
