Hi, this is Dana, just a little message before you listen to this family compilation.

This first one features my sister, Lori, and I talking about family vacations in the

car in the 1960s and just to reiterate, we probably talk about it, Bud and Billy are my

mom and dad and then Mark is the oldest brother, Brad, Scott, me and Lori.

These stories are kind of when Lori was a baby and I would have been around three.

I just introduced you as that we grew up in a middle class barely, maybe lower middle

class house, was 1500 square feet and there was one, there was one shower bathtub for all

five kids, right?

I can't believe that when you brought that up, I do remember fighting for time in there.

Wait, what town were you guys in?

San Carlos, California, I was born in Montana, Missoula Montana, my other brothers, all

Montana.

Lori was born in Redding, California because we moved our way.

We don't know what happened with my dad's jobs, but he was essentially always run out

of town.

So we were like,

There was not one out of town, but they would put me in a shoe box, I was five weeks

old.

There were no car seats.

It might have been a grocery box for a shoe box because I was five weeks old, you know,
