So recently, there were a couple of important filings from the defense in the case against

Richard M. Allen, who is of course accused of murder in the case of the double homicide

of Liberty German and Abigail Williams and Delphi in 2017.

The defense is filing did a few things.

It outlined their scenario of the case which involved a far-flung, odonist conspiracy.

And it also raised some troubling questions about mistakes law enforcement may have made

in the investigation.

So naturally, a lot of people have a lot of questions about these documents, what they

mean for the investigation going forward.

We recently put out on our Facebook group a chance to ask questions and we got some

questions via email as well.

So we will be answering a whole slew of those listener questions.
