Hello everybody, today is September 19th, 2023.

Yesterday, some pretty major filings dropped in the Delphi case, specifically we focused

on the Frank's memorandum filed in Richard Allen's case.

Now today, we're actually going to be taking a step back and looking at some of the other

filings that dropped the same day, as well as a few filings from the defense that dropped

late last week.

And we'll be talking about all of those and sort of getting a sense of where things

stand in the Delphi case right now.
