And although we're still building, we're still growing, a lot of people are thinking,

0:44.8

okay, this is a well and good, but what am I building towards? What am I going to do at the end?

0:48.6

What am I going to do with all these mortgages? Well, today we're going to run you through all your options and we're going to talk about which ones we plan to choose. So stick around. We're bringing a bit of international flavour to our

new story of the week. And I can guess why, Rob, you can explain in the moment. But this week's

1:00.6

new story is about the Spanish property market and it's in the FT. Rob, what's inspired you to bring

1:47.6

Idealista, which is the Spanish equivalent of Right Move. Of course, I'm sure you do this, I hope you do

1:52.2

this. When you're on holiday somewhere, you get interested about of home, by number of bedrooms and all that kind of thing. But there is a special filter for illegally occupied. So you can specifically exclude or include properties that are illegally occupied. Is that man, by the time you've got a filter on right move for this, you know you've got problems.
