And today we're talking about transformation, going from a couch-bound kind of person to a confident runner. Now, if you've ever thought, nah, I could never be a runner, well,

this episode is definitely for you because the truth, yes, you absolutely can be a runner.

And I'm going to help you take those first steps. You see, running is for everyone. So many people

believe running is only for like natural athletes, the super fast or those that have the mental

stamina to go a marathon distance. But that couldn't be further from the truth. Running is for

everyone, no matter your fitness level, age or your experience. The key, though, is just starting

where you are. Don't compare yourself and build up gradually. So my first tip would be just to start

with run, walk intervals. And if running for several minutes straight away feels absolutely

impossible, do not worry. That's not really how many people start.

It's normal to start with a run, walk approach. It's a brilliant way as well to build endurance.

So try running for 30 seconds, then walk for a minute and repeat this for 20 to 30 minutes,
