minutes, do a super hard workout.

Zwift has a ton of workouts on the app

that you can select that will walk you through it

as you're doing it, which is awesome.

And they have stuff that's under an hour so if you only have an hour and you just

need to get something done really quickly then they've got the option for you plus if you've

got more time they've got a ton of other options.
