episode today but Matt Denise had a chat with Gracie Alvin on the ground at the start of

stage five and it I mean it brought a tear to my eye knowing Gracie and also having grown up watching the tour of France and wishing that I could race it and retiring two years before three years before it happened.

It's, yeah, Gracie is super raw and honest

about transitioning out of cycling

and taking on commentary and she's doing incredible work for SBS. We miss her so much on the

free wheeling podcast, but she'll be back. So don't worry, but definitely make sure you check

22 minutes long so it's really not not a huge chunk of time lost and it's well

worth the listen we also did a profile on the young riders, some of the young riders in the race.
