Justin Shubo is with us today. He is president of the National Civic Arts Society and former chairman of the U.S.

Commission of Fine Arts. He's a prominent commentator on public arts projects, such as the

Eisenhower Memorial on the mall, and he's one of the leading advocates for the classical

tradition. He joins us to speak on a promising piece of legislation regarding federal projects, which is, which is pending in Congress.
