Hello and welcome to another sizzling episode of the fully charged show podcast.

I'm talking about a book today and normally I would have a book to show you a physical item.

I don't have that because I only have a digital copy of this book.

And it is a challenging, an incredible and illuminating and

illuminating and wonderful read. I really enjoyed reading it. Well, I say I enjoyed the entire experience, but there were

moments during the time I read it where I was pretty depressed because it's very hard hitting.

It's called Power Metal. It's by an amazing writer called Vince Beza. He's based in Canada,

but he's clearly traveled. He's very well-traveled man. He's been all over thezer. He's based in Canada, but he's clearly traveled, he's very

well-traveled man. He's been all over the world. He's seen firsthand what we do as the human

race to ensure the supply of the materials we need to make the things that we all rely on.

And I think it's, you know, it's's one of those it's been a long-term

Bugbear of mind that we just accept things. I and I do this from experience because for decades

for instance, I would buy petrol or diesel for my cars and I just didn't think about where it came from,

didn't think about where it went after I'd burnt it, didn't think about it, did not think about it for a long time.

And then once you start thinking about it, it's really annoying, then you've got to think about it.

Oh, God, now I've got to be aware of that.

Same with meat.

Where does meat come? I kind of always knew where meat came from because I did work on farms when I was a kid.

So I've always been one step ahead in the world of meat.

But not with anything else.

You know, where does your frying pan come from?

What's it made from?
