One travel is kind of an interesting idea, don't you think?

Who wouldn't want to revisit the best memories or moments of your life or see people from

your past one more time or just explore another time as a bystander maybe?

Today's story explores what might happen if you and a loved one went time traveling together.

And then became separated.

It's by the author Jeffrey Ford and it was originally published in the anthology

Someone in Time, Tales of Time Crossed Romance, edited by Jonathan Strahan.

Jeffrey has been a college English teacher of writing and literature for 30 years.

He's also authored 11 novels and six short story collections.

His latest collection of short fiction is entitled Big Dark Hole, which was described

by Kirkus Reviews as having the paranoia of Poe, the psychological terror of Shirley

Jackson, and Stephen King's empathy for everyday people.

So as you might expect, Jeffrey is going to have his own little twist on a story about

Time Crossed Romance.
