A scene described by one investigator as reminiscent of a weird...

A cop of murder.

Sometimes the wheels of justice can be agonizingly slow.

Other times, they race by, and a case is solved in what seems like an instant.

Thankfully, today's case is one of those fast ones.

On January 3, 1988, a young woman was born who would disappear after a night out.

A few days later, a suspect was in custody and police were led to her body.

So if you like your coffee hot but your bones chilled, sit back and start your day with a

morning cup of murder. On the evening of March 19, 2011, 22-year-old Sean Emma O'Callaghan was out at a nightclub in Swindon, Wiltshire,

having the time of her life.

Born on June 3, 1988 in Wiltshire, England, Sean was captured leaving the club at

252 a.m. on CCTV, heading in the direction of the apartment she shared with her boyfriend,

Kevin Reap, just about half a mile away.

At 3.24 a.m., Kevin sent Sean a message, and her cell phone, it would later be learned,

pinged from a tower near the Savernaic Forest, a relatively secluded area about 12 miles away from where she was supposed to be.

When she failed to answer by 9.45 a.m., Kevin called the police and reported his girlfriend missing.

On March 20th, police issued their first public plea for the young woman and announced that they had started their search in the Savernake Forest.

Due to the speed in which her cell phone made it to that location, police stated their belief that she must have traveled by vehicle.

And by March 22nd, approximately 400 members of the public, volunteers, descended upon the wooded area looking for any signs of Sean.
