Puglio. He's got an amazing story going from working on Wall Street, W2, to deciding to bet on himself and going all in on

real estate investing, starting with a very small $25,000 single-family investment that ended up

burying. And we talk all the way through now where he's at today, which is doing $100-plus

million- dollar deals.

So you want to talk about starting small and working your way up and what that looks like.

He shared his mindset and perspective, many different strategies on how he structured deals,

partnerships, the relationships that really transformed his journey, how he raised his first
