Welcome into another Friday episode.

I'm loving these episodes being that I get to kind of just share what's going on in my life,

things that I hear you guys struggling or being challenged by and, you know,

opening up some real dialogue and communication to bring conversation to the areas that we can

grow through and expand our skill set, our mindset to continue leveling up.

And if you've been following me on Instagram, I share a lot of my entrepreneurial

journey and my real estate investing journey and particularly over the last 60 days, being in

contract on the biggest deal of my life, buying a vineyard in Napa Valley, in the wine

mecca of the world and, you world and potentially an opportunity that very few people

on this entire planet ever get an opportunity

to sink their teeth into and actually close on.

And while we still have some hurdles to get over

and some challenges to move through,

you know, there's definitely still some heavy lifting that needs to get done on this vineyard

to get it across the finish line.

We're getting a little bit closer.
