I'm Mark Stephen.

I don't know whether you're aware of this fact, but we tend to base the podcast on the live

programme we do for BBC Radio Scotland, which is called Out of Doors.

Now, during the current crisis, we are getting such a volume of comment from listeners around

the world that we thought it would be daft to try and rejig the whole thing.

And the sensible thing to do is just to bring you the entire programme.
