like i've now been 38 for one month and it feels not that different but wow like spring spring is

springing and and we're here ah it's it's prom season, graduation time, the trees are

blooming, get your allergy meds going. Anyway, last week on getting better really quick, we had

Leah Thomas on sustainability, you guys. Interesting for sustainability. How much people who are in

the fields of activism, sustainability, environmentalism are really

needing to take care of themselves right now. So if you know anyone in your life who has been impacted

by budget cuts, government restrictions dealing with climate anxiety and how the government's actions

have impacted the climate already, give them some love. I think that's my biggest takeaway.

If you haven't gotten

in the fight yet, I think a huge takeaway is, is educating yourself on what your local politicians

are doing about climate change is one really good place to start. And another place to start is

food waste. Like not getting rid of so much food waste, figuring out how to be, to really use what you're buying,

consume less, and I think every little bit helps.

Because the other thing that Leah said that is so important, it's the both and.

It's not that we should just like throw our hands up and say we're powerless individually
