We also talk about the child abductions and experiments on them, as they held the potential for the most powerful psychic soldiers. And we talk about the Montauk chair which is the thought manipulating device with which these powerful psychics use their energy to create portals into the future and the past, as well as creating a whole host of other scary stuff!
