Can I share with you today, my friends, an incredible principle that I have found to be true

for so many things. Okay? And the principle is this. Creativity multiplies when you use it. Right. The more you do or use something,

the more of it you have. Right. Sometimes I think that the, or we believe that the opposite is true. We've got to

save our reserve somehow. Mm-mm. Not so. I've got to tell you, I'm, I don't know how many weeks now,

seven or eight weeks in, I think, to my alcohol break by 90-day alcohol break in 2025.

And look, I do have more energy. I do feel more creative. I think that's a massive, massive upside. But what's so interesting is I'm writing

more than ever. I'm podcasting. I've got probably the most batched episodes that I've ever had throughout the history of this podcast,

which is nearly three years old, because the more I create, the more ideas I have,

the more they just continue to generate.

Right.

So creativity used is multiplied.

In fact, I cannot stop coming up with media article ideas, which I am pitching

and loving and having success with. And it's almost like, I had this thought the other day,

I'm like, gosh, do I need to slow down? Am I going to wear out? And I realized, aha, it's so interesting.

The opposite is true. The more I create, the more ideas I receive,

the more I turn those ideas into content, the more I release them, the more I continue to receive

more and more and more like a magnet, because I am in this place of momentum. So this is why

whenever someone says to me I'm stuck, I say, you're not stuck. You've probably

just stopped. An object in motion stays in motion. Momentum is very, very real. And this got me

thinking about more than just creativity. I'm like, gosh, yes, creativity multiplies when you use it,

but where else is this true?
