Hello and thank you very much for downloading the Scotland Outdoors podcast. I'm Mark

Stephen. Obviously we're living in very different times at the moment and what we normally

do with the podcast is take components of the live program we do for BBC Radio Scotland out

indoors and then rejig it and turn it into a podcast.

There is so much coming in at the moment

in the way of comments, texts, emails, etc.

And there's some lovely stuff in there.

It seems daft not to include it.

So, this is what we get up to this week.

You're listening to Out of Doors on BBC Radio Scotland. That was the sound of our senior producer Helen Needham arriving this morning.

Every time she steps out of the car, that sound happens. It's astonishing.

We've got thunder and lightning. So if this program disappears, I'm not joking here,

if this program disappears, it is because we have lost power.

It's dipped a couple of times across the last hour,

and it is teeming rain at the moment.
