Yeah, something that I've been thinking about recently, changing the way I journal.

shared a post on Substack about how she was intending to change her journaling and her reasons for it and how she was changing it.

And it really resonated with me and what I'd been thinking about too.

And then I was thinking, you know, when we're living with anxiety, it's very easy to show up day after day and say, I feel anxious or I'm worried about this, I'm worried about
