I am Tina Freitas, Nick's wife.

Normally, I sit across the way, but we do have a surprise for you across from me.

So we had a really interesting thing happen, which caused us to have to delay the recording and cause Nick not to be able to be here.

And so I'm just going to share it with you real quick because then you'll understand why he needed to not be on today.

We have, he got a phone call from a scammer, and they said that they were from the Cole Pepper County Sheriff's Office and that he has a summons.

And there's a failure to appear and contempt of court because he didn't show up for grand jury summ um, summon. And it was really interesting because when

they first answered the, or when they, you know, left the message, it was just, this is the

sheriff's office. And so we were a little skeptical at the very beginning, like, wait a minute,

they really botched up his name. And our sheriff's office around

here really knows Nick, like really well. So to have a deputy really botch up his name, that was kind of a

red flag. And then they, they are like, you know, call us back at this number. So Nick calls back

at the number. And I recorded on my phone so that we, because both of us were super skeptical at that point.

And they didn't say which sheriff's office.

So Nick had to ask, you know, what sheriff office is this?

And they said, oh, it's, it's Cole Pepper County.

Anyway, long story short, they said, you need to go to the sheriff's office right now and go, you know,

verify this and bring these documents and blah, blah, blah. Can you get there right now?

And Nick had to explain that he, you know, he's on the road, he can't get there.

So that made me and Nick both think somebody wants you not to be at your house, you know,
