We are driving in Manhattan in order to study, observe, lay eyes on what was supposed to be this first in the nation tolling system for cars entering a downtown.

It's an anti-traffic program that says if you want to be part of traffic then you have to pay for it.

So we're just going to go basically do a dry run through the infrastructure of this tolling system known as congestion pricing.

north of the congestion pricing zone. So we're gonna go straight up. There's the cameras. So, oh you see them. Yeah. We are seeing the tolls and in fact I'm just going to slow down.
