Fox. Hey, this is Trey. Thank you for joining us for a Tuesday edition of our

podcast. I'll address the two things that are, well, they're probably more than

two things that are on most people's

minds but two things that are most on people's minds I guess from a political

slash legal slash intersection thereof standpoint.

We'll start with the debate.

I mean, my initial reaction probably

was not dissimilar from your own, which initially

was one of shock, and then followed pretty closely thereafter with sadness.

And then ultimately, anger may be too strong of a word but certainly a heightened level of

frustration that you could allow someone that is in that cognitive state to be in that position.

I mean, even at my age, and I think the president has me by a quarter century I I asked my wife almost

every time I get off of television if that sounded okay I mean the last thing in the world I want to do is stay one second longer than I should stay.

If I'm not thinking clearly, if I'm not not making sense I want someone to tell me and I'm lucky I have I have people in my life

They care more about me than they do whatever role I have so I understand that history is not replete with instances of people

surrendering power. I understand that. You can argue that power or the lust for power has been around since the dawn of time.

For those who believe the Bible, the lust for power is what expelled a third of the angels
