I have too many things to do today and I don't know which one to focus on and so I'm multitasking and that's giving me a headache.

So disorder leads to what? It leads to stress.

Stress is the anticipation of even more disorder, more anxiety, and anxiety can create anger and anger can create hostility which is the

desire to get even and then that can lead to guilt and shame and depression and all kinds of

negativity and in people who are overwhelmed by this they feel inertia they transfer it to toxic relationships which end up with limiting beliefs

which end up as uncomfortable sensations and energy in our body.

So you can see that any kind of disorder or stress

or negativity or toxic relationship or limiting belief can lead to uncomfortable sensations in your body.

So now you're getting a clue. Everything that happens in life is

experienced as a sensation in the body. Now there are two extremes of this sensation.

One is extreme pleasure, the other is extreme pain

and then everything else is in between.

How you are experiencing your body right now is a measure of everything that's happening in your life, right this moment.
