0:11.2

breaking down the mysteries of the middle-aged middle. If you're a woman or even a man and you

0:16.6

have hit middle age like I have, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Somehow, out of nowhere,

0:23.0

seemingly nowhere, this middle section of our body starts filling out. And then what happens next

0:30.4

is what I call the thickening, especially in women. We start to get thick all over our bodies.

0:35.2

And I'm in the middle of it thinking what the hell is happening

0:39.0

here. I've watched it happen to my patients. I've watched it happen to most of my family members

and then it started happening to me. And I have been knee deep in trying to understand exactly
