We begin by discussing how Congress is proving that lawmakers have no interest in cutting spending. The problem is that Trump doesn’t realize the mutual exclusivity of his desire to cut inflation with his concurrent desire to cut nothing but “waste, fraud, and abuse.” I explain how this is similar to the Obamacare fight of 2017.
