After a month-long trial, the jury is finally going to deliver its verdict in the 1987 murder of Jade Clark

and defendant Pierre Romain will know his fate.

It was a case-built on the so-called Telltale bullet.

DNA found in the bullet the prosecution said Jade Clark fired at his killer,

as well as a testimony of a direct witness and remains on words captured on wiretaps.

The defense had tried to put blame for the murder on Romain's brother Andre, long dead by the time the trial started.

But the effort was largely thwarted by the rules of evidence,

and the jury went into the deliberation room with Justice Warren, where it appeared Romain,

gang member-turned police officer, that he didn't do it.

It took two days for the jury to decide on a verdict, and we're going to hear it in this episode of the Telltale bullet.
