I'm welcomed through our time here together, turning to the teachings of the Christian mystic Thomas Merton to help us deepen

our experience and response to God's presence in our lives. This session actually is our last session on Thomas

Merton and as I understand it, there's an opportunity now for you to submit questions around these

reflections on Merton.

And I think this is significant because by singling out these themes as we go from one mystic to the next,

we'll see how these same themes are found in all the mystic teachers in the Christian tradition and really
