So you talk about something where you texted thousands of people, thank you for doing the book. And that's not

scalable, right? And then Paul Graham has that famous quote where do things that don't scale.

And then that's what you do in business because all we hear is delegate this, delegate that,

outsource this to your assistant. And I did the same thing where I was forcing myself to reach out to

5,000 people and send those text messages, send those messages myself,

and you're demented too. So walk through your decision on doing that. And then why that's

important? Because you talked about it in a recent podcast and you glanced over it, but I thought

it was really important. And that's something that people will be very fast to when they're launching a business,

when they're doing the book launch, they're going to have their VA, DM everyone off of their

account, or they're going to send a mass email. Talk about the importance of doing things that

don't scale. What is business? What is business? Business is literally, think about the concept.
