whoever is in that birth experience or that birth room with you, like have them believe in you.

Because if you are going to get to a point where maybe you're doubting for one minute, you need

that person to step up, whether it's your birth partner, your nurse, your doula, or whoever else is there, they need to look you in the

eyes and say, you can do this. And that makes all the difference in research proves that.

Like my doula training, they're like continuous support is the thing that really matters.

The woman, there's this myth that you like forget your births.

I remember I could tell you every one of my three birth stories pretty accurately right now,

if we had the time. So like the myth that you're going to forget everything that happens,

that's not true. So get yourself a good support system in that room because it matters what happens.

It matters how you're talked to.

It matters how you're supported.

Getting pregnant and giving birth are two of the most exciting things you can ever hope to experience in this life.
