For new moms especially, I think that it is very important to follow your gut.

Now, going into hopefully a second pregnancy in the fall, I will be so much more confident

knowing that, no, like nobody else knows your body more than you, or no, your provider

doesn't know more than you.

You truly know more than you think you know your provider doesn't know more than you. You truly know more than you

think you know. So lean into those feelings, lean into your gut because once you have your baby,

you're going to look back and realize you were right all along. Getting pregnant and giving birth are two of the most exciting things you can ever hope to

experience in this life.
