We've made it.

It's a brand new freaking year.

We have closed out another one.

And there's so much goodness ahead of us.

I want to give you a bit of a pep talk.

As much as this is for you, it's also for me.

I'm speaking to myself and to all of us.

Because I think on some level, we all need to hear this right now. And that is that

you are a mother effin boss. Okay. You are a force to be reckoned with. You are a queen.

You are brilliant.

You are creative.

You are resourceful.

You are the person that is meant to create exactly what it is that you want to create. And the reason why you want it is is because

you're meant to do it. So I want to present a scenario to you and I want you to think about how things would be different if you

decided to own this. And that is like what would it look like if you really owned the fact

that you're a mother effing boss.

What would that look like?

If you really believe that,

and I think we do believe that at different moments.

We all have our days.

We all have the times in the month or after we do something special where we're like,

oh, I'm kind of cool. Look at me. I do know what I'm talking about. Right. We all have those days.
