This year just flew by so quickly. Yeah, for me too,

it's really gone fast. Where can we begin to best care for ourselves this time of year?

I think for me, the beginning is in knowing that we have to do that, in knowing that we have to

allow for self-care and remembering that when there's social

obligations, travelling, perhaps seeing people that you haven't seen for a while, just remembering

that that can raise nervous energy and raise anxiety. So to have a think ahead of time about what might
