Welcome back to the mood podcast. I'm your host,

0:10.7

Lorna Lisbeth. And this week we're going to be talking all about just like how to

0:15.2

optimize your month from the get. I'm someone who can get really overwhelmed

0:20.8

just because my mood shifts when I know it's a new month. I think it's so easy for me to just

0:26.0

freak out about it for what I'd like to say is no reason. But of course there's always a reason.

1:25.6

so gross and out of sorts. And maybe that's just because I'm such a routine person.

1:31.2

And I know Sunday resets are a thing because of course our lives require upkeep, right?

1:36.7

Like, you know, you're going to get highlights. You're going to look amazing and then your

1:40.4

hair is going to grow out. You're going to have roots and you're going to have to do it all over

1:43.0

again. There's just some things in life where, you know, you have to reset and things are going to

1:48.9

get dirty and you're going to maybe fall off a little bit and feel gross and reset. So that's not
