struggling with breakouts. I had 10 years of cystic acne. So as a teenager, I really like didn't

have that much acne. My acne really picked up like end of college, into adulthood. And it just

got gradually worse and worse. And I really couldn't figure out why I got

so much testing done at first it was because I had high testosterone I was put on all these different

antibiotics like doxycycline and you know the classic dermatologist solutions and none of it worked for

me and it would just come and go,

come and go. Tried spronolactone that worked but not amazing. I tried crazy diets. I did carnivore.

I did keto. I cut everything out. It was actually such a crazy time for me. The only thing that

ultimately worked was figuring out that I had a gut bacteria called
