doing well and ready for what what shaping up to be an insane series.

If you're a return listener, welcome back. It's been a while.

We left each other on a real emotional note and I'm not sure which emotions for me it

sort of felt like all of them so before anything else I do need to say thank you for your feedback on the Frida series,

the kind words, hearing about what you were doing during certain parts and how you connected

to the story, that series really careened out of control and went places I

never thought it would, and it was cool to know that some of you had a similar experience.

And the constructive criticism as well, all of it, my sincerest thanks.

Anyway, it took a while to turn a corner to recover from Frida and prepare for another

adventure, to do this again,

knowing how the show has evolved

and how much I need to put into it

for the show to be what I want.

I thought I was ready to move on.

The reading part was easy, taking in a few of the sources,

learning something different, a new time and place

with different people.

It was just when it was time to do something with the research and put this episode

together that I crashed.

I realized I was still burned out and not really committing in a productive way. I tried to come back too soon.
