There's a lot going on in the world at the moment. But good news, everyone. Interest rates have come down and they've come down from 4.75% to 4.5%.

Rob, I'm really pleased. I'm also amazed that it nearly passed me by. I knew that something was

happening and it was Friday morning. It was like, oh, I must check. I don't feel there's been

much of a reaction to this one. Maybe just because it was expected and when it was announced, it was like, oh yeah, well, we knew that was going to happen.

scenarios because, of course, the reason that they are cutting is that they believe the economy

needs some help and in bad news for the government, or their commentary around the rate cut is pretty
