1:27.9 | and it is to make every property require a C by 2030. Now before you get too worried, there are |
1:33.9 | exemptions in there. So if you've got a really, really old property or a listed building or something |
1:38.7 | where the only way to achieve that would be to damage the structure of the building, there'll be |
1:42.5 | exemptions. If you've got a freeholder or a tenant who's not playing ball, so you won't be able to hit the |
1:46.9 | deadline, exemptions for that as well. But for some landlords, there will be work to be done. |
