What's up guys? Welcome back to build.

And today I want to talk about training your team.

0:06.3

This is something that has been ruminating in my mind for the last few days because it was the end of Q1 and the beginning of Q2.

0:14.7

I don't know when you're listening to this, probably sometime around that.

0:17.0

And what I do at the end of each quarter is I collect a ton of feedback for my teams on

0:22.0

1:15.2

What did you think of it?

1:15.9

I don't know.

1:16.3

I was a little spicy.

1:17.6

So I always acknowledge that people have given it to me.

1:20.9

Now, one of the things that I got a lot of feedback about from my team was essentially
