fight. Character matters. It matters. Tell them the truth matters. The 21st century is going to be

the American century, because we lead not only by the example of our power but by the power

of our example. That is the history of the journey of America. Running a marathon is a lot like

following the news from the American presidential election. It's completely exhausting. There are times when you

wish you'd never heard of the thing. There's a lot of shouting, a lot of screaming, and everyone

seems to be an expert. Thankfully, when it comes to running, I have Sonia O'Sullivan to help me

through the London Marathon this Sunday, and when it comes to America, we have Sonia's
