they're probably not what you think they are. I love simplicity and I love

sustainability. I find that things that are amazing, are overwhelming, complicated, things like, I don't know,

dense theories that sound amazing or that look great on paper

that we try to actually then execute always fall short right so I like really simple things that can be sustainable and I think with relationships

It's all about the simple things that we do daily, not necessarily

giant, you know, giant changes that can possibly be overwhelming or giant changes that we want to make but

they're so big like that mountain is so steep that we never end up climbing it, right?

I'm not saying the giant changes aren't important, of course they're important, but sometimes

it's the little things that add up over time that create huge changes, so here are two game changers and they're simple and they're fun

okay so the first one is I call it five minutes and it's something that I've been practicing for a long time

in a lot of my relationships.

It's basically five minutes, and hopefully every day,

but five minutes of laying down,

you keep your clothes on, but five minutes of laying down with your partner where you put everything aside and for those five minutes it could be a conversation, it could be, you know, some kind of holding each other, it could be an expression, whether it's physical or verbal but it is a connection right it's five minutes of

uninterrupted time and hopefully it's like during the day or if you guys don't

or not together during the day because it's not like

I mean it can't be five minutes at night but it's supposed to be where you're practicing the exercise of putting things away for five minutes and connecting with your partner.
