Hello and welcome. I'm Mark Stephen.

Right now I'm sitting on one of the most westerly points on the island of Mull.

In front of me there is a jetty.

There are one, two, three yachts moored up there at the moment, pleasure craft, a couple of tourist boats, another one out in the

bay there. The sun is actually just setting directly in front of me, so the water looks as if

it's just thousands of points of light. And just just about 150 maybe 200 metres away

I can see on the island there

a wee cafe called the Boat House

that's on the island of Ulva

Now Ulva's interesting because just over a year ago

it was bought out for the community

It's great to see you all here on this wonderful day

and I'd just like to say welcome to the community owned Ireland of Ulva.
